the little paper dress

i made this last semester..the overlay is post-its and the support/structure is just newsprint. It is a life sized dress but i wish i made is a tiny bit larger... i am bummed at not being able to squeeze into them.

i am happy

i had no idea my camera could take such good pictures these pictures have not been touched up at all i am also happy because of a very special weekend and that polaroid cameras are pretty affordable on ebay. I have wanted one for the longest time.

phew school

I forgot how stressful school is...it is even more so this semester because i am not taking any studio art classes :( the cool thing though is i am now working as a student assistant for a printmaking professor..i love being around a print shop again! on a different note i have been watching a lot of inspiring movies some of my favorites are wristcutters (inspiring in a artistic way mind you), science of sleep (notice it is now in my inspiration board, will tell you why soon)and the life aquatic (i love the colors in the movie) me and my roomie are planning on a movie night again this weekend :) now for the sad news , my machine broke down the guy who i took it to said it had been badly dropped arrrgh mailpeople i am so mad i am now going to try my luck on ebay. wish me luck.
